My plan for almost 6 months now has been 3GB a month but recently this has changed to 2GB. I was not aware that this was going to happen. Is this for any particular reason? Is there a way to get it back to 3GB? Thank you

Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?

It's a contract and no, I have not changed my plan. To my knowledge anyway.
Unless it was an offer on the plan for an extra GB for six months, and now that period has elapsed. But to be honest, I haven't heard of any recent plans that have been like that.
As we have no account access on here, the only thing I could suggest, is to contact customer service on 150 and get them to explain/look into why this is happening.
