Please help, my mobile data is not working!! I am fine with wifi on but not when I am out and about. I have a iPhone 7plus.
I have tried turning it on and off, I have taken the sim out and put back in, I have reset factory settings, I have turned wifi on and off.

@emmadu Are you a contract customer or payg customer?
Have you looked at Settings>Mobile Data> is mobile Data turned on ?
Have you you looked at THIS to see if there is a network issue in your area ?
If you click THIS with wifi off on the device what does is say ?

I am on a contract.
Yes my mobile data is on.
I've tried the network coverage in my area and it says no problems.
When I clicked on that link with wifi off it shows me my data, I have 15.8gb.
This is now day 3 that I've had problems.

@emmadu If you are getting a response from clicking that then your data is working.
Have you allowed the apps your trying to use to use mobile data ?
Settings>Mobile Data> and scroll down what's toggled on (shows green) is allowed to use mobile data.

i am having this same issue with my iPhone 6s it will work with my WiFi turned on but if I turn my WiFi off it shows I have a 4g connection but everything using the internet will not work and tells me I am not connected to the internet. I have reset my phone and checked my settings and the area for any issues, I have had this ongoing now for a few days and have 6.9GB of data available

I have the same issue. It has been a while now and even though I have all of my 4G available, no matter where I am my 4G won’t work. I’ve tried a number of solutions.
