My mobile data isn't working

As of yesterday my phone has stopped picking up any mobile data. It is always turned on. 

There hasn't been no updates. 

My son is on the same contract as me and his works fine. 

My partner has a contract with EE his is working fine. All in the same house. 

We also have WIFI with EE. 

I don't know why my phone no longer picks it up.

Nearly 2 days this has been off.

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly account?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi. 

Yes it's active. 

I've had this phone over a year now (upgrade) I'm on pay monthly contract with 23gb left
