I’m on pay as you go and have 2GB of data to use this month, but it won’t allow me? I have been using texts and calls fine. When I check my allowance I still have 2GB of data so I’m not out of data. Someone help me ☹️

I have an iPhone 6s and yes it is active. No error message, just none of my social media or apps load when trying to use the data. I haven’t tried, but will do ☺️

Could it be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON ? Content Lock often blocks social sites.

It’s not that. I used my data last month fine, with no issue. I have just started this month with the same pack, and my calls and texts work fine, just can’t use my data?

No, not just in my area as I travel 4 hours away to go to uni and I still have to same issue down here.
