My mobile data is not working

I’ve tried to use my mobile data and it won’t work, I’ve just recently topped up my monthly data pack and it hasn’t been working since

It says:

Your current balance as of today 16:28 is £0.00. You have 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 7.5GB remaining until 24/04/2018 for your £15 Data Pack.

Please can I get you to do a network reset if you have not done so already 🙂

 

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to, then tap General.
  3. Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.
