Why have you waited so long before posting or contacting EE?
Have you tried resetting your network under settings? (this will also wipe all wifi passwords)
Also is data active, again under settings.

Between work and home I just didn’t think about it, I need my phone at work for safety but can’t use it, with my bill coming out bank I realised it’s been over a month I have had no data.
I honestly have looked at mobile data and the amount hasn’t changed in month, I have never used my data allowance EVER.
I have not done done anything else except turn off and on again, checked my area and works area and there are no issues. Have zero idea what to do now, never happened before
