My mobile data hasn't reset it was suppose to on the 27th November Why

My mobile data was suppose to switch back on 27th November I had it switched off while using wifi because I ran out why as it not reset

Some time it take time reset data allowance. 

You can check your data allowance click on the link below. 

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

On your mobile Internet not on WiFi.

I don't have any mobile Internet left so when I switch off WiFi I go offline

You can get to http://add-on.ee.co.uk even w/out data. It's inside EE's network.
