My mobile data doesn't work anymore for my Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) phone?

As of August 2017 I have not been able to use my mobile data at all dispite having good signal and actually having data, any help would be appreciated

Hi,

 

  • Does this only happen in one location?
  • Have you checked for local issues with EE network?
  • Have you accidentally disabled data? (scroll down from the top and toggle the data option)
  • Try restarting your phone?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi,
Thank you for the quick reply, my data does not work in any location and my local area is covered by EE's super fast 4G. Finally how do I check if I turned off data?

Can you select your Home button then go to > Apps > Settings > Data usage.
