My mobile allowance renewed at midnight, at 2mins past midnight I received a text from EE saying I'd used up all my data . Mobile data wasn't even switched on!
Whats going on ?????

@Monopoly1 Have you looked at your online account to see what that says ? If you know you haven’t used it up I wouldn’t worry about it and I’ll call customer services to request that they reset my line.

It possible you used up your allowance before it renewed and the text couldn't come through until just after it renewed
Remember that SMS is not an instant messenger service.
