My iPhone will it download Facebook photos unless I’m connected to WiFi.

Without WiFi my iPhone will jot download photos on Facebook or WhatsApp, messenger won’t connect and instagram doesn’t work either! I’m on iOS 13 and it’s a brand new phone today. My iPhone 6s has the same issue so I’ve checked all the settings I can find but not having any luck

@philg2370 : Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Hi @philg2370

If content lock is set to off then set it to moderate, restart and then set it to off.

If that still doesn't work then you need to speak to EE CS on 150 as you may need to prove your age.

Thanks
