From last month it hasnt been working, its suppose to update but i get no connection, why is this? Please help!! Been a customer since 2010

Which network you on, EE, Orange or T-M?

Hi , no im not on contract, im on PAYG. Ive got a t-mobile sim, but i also use ee if that makes sense, normally it would re-new every month, but it hasnt been working from last month, i thought it was because i used enough for that month, and it was meant to re-new yesterday but i have no data. 😕

Its never said anything about my fair data allowance, i remember topping up back in 2015 for 30days internet, and after I just got intermet, without paying anything, and just recently nothing i havent been getting any data, just few days ago it said said it will re-new on the 2nd of Dec

I have tried, maybe i should take my sim out and put it back in?
I also topped up to use internet for the last few days, has that got to do with anything
