My data keeps dissapearing



i had to buy buy extra data that runs out today but I got a txt last night saying my data will renew next month??? It’s like it’s being used up and drained, all my services are turned off eg vids for Facebook and WiFi services do not sure what it could be, please help

What device do you have? 


If you check under your data app (normally under settings) then it will tell you what is using your data. 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
