My data allowance hasn't refreshed at the normal date

MY data allowance always refreshes on the 4th of the month. Mine hasn't yet.

Hi, 

 

Have you tried restarting your phone? 

 

If you are on monthly contract then call EE on 150 and ask them to check your account.
