My cellular data doesn’t work

Hi!

 I m on contract and in the past two months I had problems with my data! I cannot use lots of my apps (including messenger or Facebook) when I m not connected to wifi. I have tried everything already 

what else can i do?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Could you try turning your content lock back on, then restarting your phone, then removing it again?

 

This will usually trigger the data to work again on these apps.

Try removing content lock.

 

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.
