My Service is down. Can’t access anything.

I never seem to get any service in my house, besides my bedroom. As soon as I leave the bedroom the service bar drops and I can never get through to anyone via calls/messages and nor can anybody contact me. I have reported this issue several times but it’s being ‘working progress’ Right now I have no service at all even with the WiFi at my house, I am unable to use any social media or anything on my phone. This is ridiculous!

EE like all carriers don't guarantee a service everywhere, especially indoors. 


Did you check EE coverage guide before you purchased?



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Welcome to the community,


This will depend on how thick the walls are and where your WiFi is. In order to enable better WiFi, you could get home plugs that are WiFi enabled. You plug one in your router and the other wherever you need good WiFi. EE cannot guarantee Cellular will work in the house, only outside.

My WiFi is with virgin media, this is a cellular issue I have.
