For some reason, my 4G mobile data has stopped working. I have an iPhone 5, and I know for a fact that the area that I live in has access to 4G because it was working perfectly fine last night, however, just this morning, with no changes or alterations, my 4G now comes up as being 3G, and the 3G doesnt work because I cant access the internet, my EE app, nothing. Iv'e already restarted my phone twice, and reset my network settings, nothing worked.
This is really frustrating as I am paying a good sum of money for the mobile data, and would like it fixed as soon as possible. Any solutions?

Very sorry, just attempted another call and was met with "We havent recieved payment for your last bill". My bad, thanks for the help. 🙂
