My 5gb free boost status still pending

Hello. I renew my package but my 5gb free boost didn’t active. It says still pending. How can i activate the free boost? If i chose 500mb claimed free boost it will add to 5gm free boost or replace with it?

@Mustagur   Your extra data will commence once you’ve used up your allowance.

Is this free Boost from having ordered EE Broadband in the past? Did you have this free Boost on your previous plan? Did you upgrade to your new plan or is it a completely new contract? It should usually transfer to your new plan.

I started use this sim card 2 months ago and i renew my package 3 times. I get 5 gb free boost first and second top up but 3rd one didn’t apply. I earn new free boost but i don’t know what will change if i accept 500mb data boost. Should i add new data boost for activate 5gb. I don’t want replace 500mb instead of 5gb

Hello again. My free boost didnt active after finish my data pack and i renewed package and free boosts status still pending.

I am sorry to hear this has not activated. 

 

I would recommend giving us a call and reporting this to our mobile care team.

I tried to call 150 but there is only top up options. I am in europe now and i can not reach to customer service so i give up. I wont use ee again.
