My 4g is not working

I’ve had my iPhone 8 for 4 weeks & my 4g does not work. 

I can only use internet etc when connected to WiFi. Why is this?

Have you activated mobile data on your device?

 

Are you PAYG or pay monthly contract?

  • Are you in a good 4G coverage area?
  • Have you checked your local network for issues?
  • Have you tried resetting your network settings?
