@Amycarter42: Could it be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON ? Content Lock is reset ON with new & upgraded phones & often blocks social sites.

have you tried resetting your network settings ?

 

have you checked the EE network checker to see if there are any problems in your area ?

to reset your Network Settings.

 

go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Everything is working now expect my app it is letting my on safari and my emails but not on like Facebook or anything do you know what this could be

@Amycarter42 I would recommend contacting technical support from 8AM in the morning on freephone 0800 956 3146 from a landline so they can run through diagnostics with you over the phone.

I have fix it now thank you my restriction had been reset on my account to 12 and under for the internet
