My 4G isn't working

I've just got a contract phone and with it comes 4G worth of data and it won't work when I go to use it , it will come up with please switch on mobile data why is this ?

If it coming up with switch Mobile Data ON that's what you need to do. It'll be a setting under Connections or Data Usage.

What device do you have?



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
