My 4G isn't working properly on my phone.

Hi, recently my 4G data has slowed to a halt on my Samsung S7 Edge. It's fine on wifi and the calling network is fine. I've 4.1 GB left of my monthly allowance and I'm a pay monthly customer. I've reset, and done everything required on the other help pages to try to rectify the problem to no avail. Can somebody help?

Are you only having this issue in one place or everywhere?

 

If it's just one location, can you see any issues on the network status checker?

Hi, this problem occurs everywhere. Inside, outside, work and home. There
are no issues on the postcode checker on the website. Thanks.
