I have recently bought two pay as you go SIM card pack from Gatwick airport. Was told to activate the 10GB free data all I need to do was text LHR10 to 150. I tried but got a return message saying : "Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. Please check you have an active Pay As You Go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack."
I return to the staff at the counter and was told to try again an hour later but I am still getting the same message...
Appreciate some help over here.

I have the same problem now. I bought the sim card at Stansted Airport vending machine and I cannot get 10gb data by texting lhr10.
Can you please help?

This has also happened to me.
I purchased a new sim at Gatwick airport yesterday and the free 10gb offer won't work. I also purchased the standard £20 plan that was advertised but that hasn't been applied properly either.
Is someone able to help? I don't want to top up again as have already paid £20 to get this initial plan.

Sorry you don't have enough credit to make a call.

I have the same problem here. Bought from LHR 2 days ago. The 500MB already used up. But the extra 10GB is not available. Can you assist me please?
