Mobile data

Even thou i have mobile data certain apps won't work without wifi. I have gone through all the settings and can't find a reason for this. This is a new problem which i haven't had before and haven't changed any settings so don't no why this is happening.

Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Have you tried switching content lock off and on? if not, please try this and let me know the outcome.

Im using samsung s9 plus which doesn't have Content lock or parental controls.

It's not the device that has Content Lock, but your EE a/c.
