Mobile data

Morning, I seem to no longer be able to download images or send them, when using mobile data  as far as I know I have not changed any settings but can not get any on either Facebook or WhatsApp? Any suggestions on what the problem might be appreciated.

Could it be Content Lock on EE & T-Mobile & Safeguard on Orange ?

Are you sure images are not downloading? Have you checked under albums in the gallery app.

Perhaps I am not using correct language. I cannot see images when I am on data in Facebook or WhatsApp. Now trying to post on Facebook using data and it will not work

Can you view images on other websites at all?

 

Does your content lock settings show as off now?
