Mobile data

Hi i brought my samsung s7 edge yesterdaty but have no 4g my APN was set to virgin but ive reset to ee internet anywhere also tried everywhere turned phone off and on still nothing please help

Hello @Matthewdriver have you got mobile data turned on? Is there a 2G/E/3G/4G icon next to your signal bars? EE APN settings:

 

Name - EE

APN - everywhere

APN Type - default

Sign in Type - PAP

IP Type - IPv4

MCC - 234

MNC - 30

 

All others can be left blank or set to default.

Put your phone number and fallow instructions on page and you will receive Internet settings on your mobile save them.
