I've not long joined the EE network from another so still experiencing the porting transition issues.
One of the issues is that I've been unable to access any of my 20Gb data allowance.
So I contacted EE Tech and the guy there took me through the issue.
It would appear that the problem lay with a setting on my iPhone, such:
It seems that other networks use these profiles, EE does not.
So, if you're having the issue of being unable to access your data, as I was, delete "Profile" and restart the phone.
Mine is now working perfectly again.
Incidentally, my wifes phone which changed and ported at the same time, did not have "Profile" in the menu. I have no idea why!

@pete2761 it’s a common issue here on the forum and usually it’s when you move from O2. Glad your now sorted.

i had this problem.
Try reseting your network settings
if it does not work
text 150 Balance
to to see if you have enough data

@dyltom12 The post about this was about removing the profile from a device that was from another network and resetting the network settings doesn’t remove a profile from the device.
