Mobile data on my ipad

When i tried to add a new EE data plan to my iPad pro i got the following message 

“ your credit card details could not be verified please try again or use a different card”

 

There was another message too after a while saying that the data plan could not be activated. 

 

I have been using EE mobile data for over a year, never had this problem before and there are sufficient funds on my bank card. Can someone help?

I would suggest speaking to our customer service team to get your account looked into and get the data added.

 

You can call us on an EE phone on 150 or 07953 966 250 from another phone.
