Mobile data not working

Hi All,

 

I have had this issue before where my data does not work or load anything. The fix was to change the content lock mode on and off, which worked before. Now it’s not working.

 

when off WiFi absolutely nothing will load with my mobile data. I’m paying for 100GB a month and I’m currently managing to use a couple of MB because of this issue.

 

if someone could help that would be great. I’ve tried resetting all manner of settings as well.

Are you only having this problem in one location or everywhere?

 

Does it affect all websites and apps?

Hi,

It seems to be on and off working in general, sometimes it will load things, others it’s like it’s not even on, I’ve tested in 3 locations with the same result, a few hours ago it wouldn’t even load YouTube, now it’s slowly loading things, but not at a 4G rate..

I know it’s not much to go on, but it’s confusing

I know you've said you've tried resets etc, have you tried resetting the network settings, @Connor_Downes31?

 

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

My iphone X is doing exactly the same thing! it has been going on for a couple of weeks now. If i am not connected to wifi i cannot use the internet. I also pay for a large amout of data a month and am not able to use it at all!

Are there any software updates available for your phone?

 

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
