Mobile data not working

Sim loaded all registered etc, but Data sim not working when wifi

What do you mean? The SIM & mobile data are not used when connected to WiFi.

 

What phone is it?

 

Are you on contract or PAYG?

EE Data Sim purchased put in tablet registered set up and shows on device but when Wi Fi turned off does not connect have a reasonable signal.
