Mobile data not working

Hi
i recently upgraded and my mobile data was working fine but now even though it says 3G/4G the internet isn't working? I've tried all the obvious and all the help on google? Thanks

Hello @jemdylanfrankie what phone do you have? Can you test the SIM card in another phone to confirm a line or device fault? 🙂

Hello @jemdylanfrankie is mobile data turned on in settings>mobile data? Has the app you want to use got permission to use it below?

 

You can perform a network reset by tapping settings>general>reset>reset network settings (you will have to re-enter WiFi passwords after). 🙂
