Since two days ago my mobile data has stopped working even though it is showing I'm connected to the network. I noticed this when my notifications would only come through when I'm connected to wifi.
I have a Google Pixel phone on EE network, purchased the phone online about two months ago. I've had no network problems until now.
I hope someone can help! Thanks.

The link shows I have 261mb of 2gb left and my recent data status is active.
I have just restarted my phone and my data symbol is showing 4G but with a small cross.

@RachK I've just been informed that some EE customers are having issues with data, this is not a device or account issue but a network one and there is nothing that you can do to correct this and EE are looking in to it to fix this issue. Sorry.

yup, turned mobile data on and off. powered off, power off and restart.
not working. got the 4G logo but not able to use internet or play store.
Get emails through ok weirdly enough though

Hi, ive just received an sms saying the problem is now fixed and to restart my device.
Ive done this and still have no data !! very annyoing
