I received my Samsung Galaxy S9 on pay monthly yesterday, and it was working great, I could use my data and everything was running smoothly. But then my account was suspended due to a fault with the system which is now rectified after a call to customer service, and my account is back up and running and I can call and text people. However I am now unable to use my data at all? And I've checked and still have 4.4GB left.
At the same time as my account being reinstated, my Pac code switched my old number over to this SIM card. So I am unsure which thing has caused it to stop working, but any help would be appreciated!!

It all gets done in stages with porting of the number so if it isn't working by the morning I would give EE a ring
