Mobile data not working suddenly

I was using my 4G tethered to my Xbox with my iphone 6s Plus, I have 39gb data left and it suddenly disconnected, never had a problem using my phone as a hotspot and it says on the website you can. Now when I click person hotspot it says to contact EE and my data is not working at all now, just says mobile data not activated and safari can't connect to the internet. I have tried resetting my phone and the network settings and still nothing. Can you please help me get my phone back on? Maybe it's something to do with my account and you can do something to get me back online

If it's account specific then you will need to call CS on 150 for more specific information on your account as there is no access on these forums. 


You will need to call tomorrow after 8am.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
