Mobile data not working on certain apps?

I have an iPhone that’s not been able to connect to certain apps (Facebook/LinkedIn) on 4G and not able to view or send pictures and voice notes of whatsapp. They only work when connected to WiFi even though I have plenty mobile data.

 

I’ve updated my iOS, I’ve restarted the phone, I’ve ejected and re-inserted my SIM, I’ve checked mobile data is on and also active for these apps, I’ve even done a connection reset and it’s still not working. My control settings aren’t blocking it either.

 

Why is it still not working??

Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.
