Since my os upgrade I have no mobile data. My phone tells me to switch it in but it’s on. Tech help told me to reset network setting which hasn’t helped. Any suggestions?

Resetting the network settings usually fixes this type of problem.
You may need a carrier settings update. To check this, please go to Settings >>> General >>> About.
If one is available, it will pop up automatically.
