My mobile data currently isn't working at all, and hasn't done for the last 2 weeks or so.
When it stopped working, I noticed that I still had data left over for that month (around 400MB or so), but I wasn't able to navigate any website that wasn't EE's own websites. What's more, I share a contract with a family member, and their phone is perfectly fine; they can browse the Internet whenever they want.
I decided that I would wait until the 23rd of this month for my data to roll over, but unfortunately, I'm still unable to connect to the majority of websites. I have no idea what's going on - any help? I've already tried restarting my phone, putting it into airplane mode, and resetting my network settings, but none of those have worked.

Hi Karen, (sorry for the late reply)
My phone is perfectly fine when connected to WiFi; I can browse any website.
My phone is also on the latest firmware.

I don't get any errors at all; the page stays white and doesn't load.
Internet based apps behave in the same way - they don't load.
I currently have 1.09GB of space left.

my recomendation if there is another provider in your area that does 4G..
I have been having problems since FEB and they still dont fix it.

@TS040. Have you tried clearing the history and web sitedata ?
Go to Settings>Safari and click Clear History and WebSite Data.

@WeeFreeMen In case you didn't read the original post it's a shared tariff and the other device works ok. So it's a device related issue.
