Mobile data is not working

It refreshed on the 3/11/17 yet it is still not working. It is definitely switched on.

Could you try rebooting your device?

 

Please check your add-on status too.

 

What kind of device are you using?

I rebooted my device and no luck! It's an IPhone 6s. I checked my add on and I have all the data available but just can't use it for some reason?

It says that they are aware there is an issue in the area. Is there any way of finding out how long it may take to fix this? I’ve had problems for over a week now.
