Mobile data is not resetting at the end of the month - Pay as you go

Good afternoon,

 

My mobile data available at the beginning of this month have not been resetted, but purely set to 0.

 

I'd like to know if this problem could be solved without having to go to a shop or calling charged numbers. It is not the first time I have this kind of problems at the beginning of a new period. My top up have been done few days before it (not during a we) so that can't be the issue ; and I have been charged for it.

Edit : As a note, I already tried to reboot plus ask AL to 150, but my data allowance is indicated to be 0MB that is weird actually.

Ok, I did found the correct phone number to join customer service : 08009566000

I did found some other phone number on the website while searching it which may be for something else. Confusing.

Does AL tell you if you have any pack? If not, you'll have to buy it with its code to 150.

Yes, he does and as said in my previous post I can confirm that I have been charged for it. I actually also received the message from 150 which confirm me the renew of the pack

This command actually offers me to buy another pack. It does tell me that I already have a pack activated - which is true.

 

That does not solve the problem unfortunately.

I confirm that yes. I did try both of them, the 020 7362 0200 was an incorrect number, and 0800 079 8586 sounded like a... fax.
