Mobile data inadvertently switched on

As a pay-as-you-go user I don't use mobile data but somehow it seems to have been turned on, presumably by an app as there are lots of GPRS events showing in my usage.

 

One of these apps is called Wallet but I don't remember adding this.  Although I have switched off Mobile data now I suddenly found that, after a week, I had nearly used up all the money on my Simcard.

 

Is there any way to find out which app was responsible?

Yes, on most phones you can check how much data each individual app is using.
