I have recently moved and was speaking to a member of your team who was very helpful, I have to wait for my wifi to be activated I was given 50 GB but it hssnt gone on my phone yet just wondering how long it takes?

Hi @Mtann theres no account access here on the community I would recommend giving customer services a call on freephone 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 they will be able to check your account and apply the data for you if it haven't been applied correctly.
