Hi I am struggling with mobile signal but cannot call in as we are not a essential business. Please let me know what I can do, I have tried restarting my phone resetting the network.
Is this in an area where you normally have coverage ok? If so have you checked the Network Status Checker for short-term faults?
Is this indoors or outdoors?
In that case, it sounds very much like there's a fault or planned works in your area that perhaps isn't showing on the status checker. Have you tried using the link for "report a problem"?
Can you use WiFi calling indoors for now? If you can, it'd certainly be better than not having any signal.
