Hi, I’ve recently upgraded my phone and I cannot connect to 4G at all - Pictures load on apps but they do not refresh and I cannot use Siri unless I can connected to WiFi - please can you help. I’ve already reset my network settings and this has not worked. Thanks

I would recommend contacting technical support on 0800 956 3146 from a landline so they can do diagnostics with yourself.
