Maxx plan disappeared from my plan, why?

So my agreement was a 4G Maxx plan meaning I should be able to upgrade each 12 months instead of every 24 months, I’ve just looked on my plan now and it has disappeared, why is this?

Unless you have upgraded then you will be on the same plan. If you are concerned this isn't the case then call CS on 150.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

That's great advice from @Northerner . If you took out an annual upgrade or upgrade anytime plan when you last upgraded, you'll still be on that plan.
