MY M0BILE DATA NETWORK CANNOT BE ACTIVATED

I have just put in a new sim card to my Iphone 7, i topped up £15 and got my data pack. I have service and i can text and phone others but when i try to use my 4G it pops up with this message "Could not activate mobile data network, you are not subscribed to a mobile data service. I have no profiles installed from my previous network SKY and have reset my network settings.
