Looking to Import a Fujitsu F-09C... Will it work?

So I am looking to import a Fujitsu F09C from Japan. It is a unlocked phone, formerly on NTT Docomo. I just wanted to run down the states and hopefully one of you guys will be able to tell me if it will work on English Networks, since I have no idea what any of the jargon means.

Audio communication methodData communication method

3G : FOMA ( W-CDMA)
2G : GSM
(3G: 800 MHz , 850 MHz, 1.7 GHz , 2 GHz)
(2 G: 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz)

3G : FOMA ( HSDPA )
2G : EDGE
WiFi IEEE 802.11b / g

^This is the stuff I have no clue on, and hoping you guys would be able to help me out. I have heard some models of phones in Japan dont work, though, looking more into it, they dont specify whether it is the UK here they dont work, or USA where they dont work. i am hoping that it's the USA, since its a nice looking phone

For those interested in the phone's appearance. I am fully aware that some of the functions of the phone will be unavailable thanks to it being preinstalled Docomo software, but I am hoping that the Call, text and 3G services will work.

Hello @S4ika the device will only work on EE 2G (1800mhz) it does not have the correct band for EE 3G (2100mhz).
