Re: London underground

Is this on an iPhone? There is a problem with a recent iOS update on all iPhone models unable to connect to London Underground WiFi Network. It often manifests itself as asking for a pwd when it shouldn't.

Hello there @Keith1974

Thanks for coming to the community.

What device are you using?

Have you tried texting EEWifi to 9527, does this work for you?

Re: London underground

Hi. I have a Google Pixel 3 .

I did try the text number for a new password (twice) and it didn't work either time.
