Re: Live chat

What you've been told & what it is are diff kettles of fish. You'll need to approach Voda to unlock it.

Re: Live chat

Hi @jakeselway and Happy New Year to you.

Before one of the Community Team members can send you a private message with the Live Chat link, can you confirm you're a Pay Monthly Customer on a personal contract?

Re: Live chat

I recieved an iPhone 6 second-hand from a family member, but when I put the SIM from my original iPhone into it it says SIM not supported, I have already checked the IMEI number for the iPhone 6 and apparantly it isnt locked to any specific carrier.

Re: Live chat

Sounds like it is locked to some network.

Who was it on previously? What network is your original iPhone on?

Re: Live chat

I have taken over my wife's Nokia 530 phone whose server is Vodafone. .  We went to the EE Shop in Watford where they cleared all info from my wife's phone and entered the details from my phone: - XXXX XXXXXX PAY AS YOU GO.  He topped up his phone just prior to going to the store with £10.00 in no time at all he had .70p balance.  So we thought it had something to do with using her phoned.  We have again topped up my phone £10 and am enquirying the balance and how much does it cost to make a phone call on landline and also how much to call a mobile.  I do not use this phone very often and previously only topped up £10 between 2 - 3 months at a time.   Hope you are able to advise now we are on EE.   Thank you.  Ronald Rowsell - XXXXX XXXXXX.

Re: Live chat

@Ronaldo1  This is not customer services and you shouldn't post your information on a public forum.

With  moving to EE you be using packs if you don't want to use packs which lasts only 30 days you need to send STOP PACK  to 15O and you will be on a standard pay-as-you-go tariff that you're more accustom to where you are we top up when you need to

Re: Live chat

@Ronaldo1: Text AL to 150 to find balance & allowances.

Text STOP PACK to 150 to start using SIM at standard PAYG rates.

At standard rate calls to 01, 02 & 03 landlines and UK mobiles cost 30p / min. Texts are 12p each.
