Bought today at Gatwick Airport. 

Not eligible for it ?

Once you have used up the initial data allowance, your 10GB allowance should be activated automatically.

It says Unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. Please check you have an active Pay As You Go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack.

Cant access internet im on a wifi right now

If I text Balance it says Your current balance as of today 12:13 is £0.00. You have 143 texts, unlimited texts, unlimited minutes and 121 minutes remaining until 12/07/2018 for your £10 International Pack. Your unlimited texts and minutes are to EE numbers only.
