Anyone had issues with pay as you go on an ipad pro with the apple sim - topped up account with credit card no issues but as soon as I select the data add on - error is unable to purchase pass - any help would be appreciated

Hello @neildrummond3 try restarting the device then trying again. You can perform a network reset by tapping>settings>general>reset>reset network settings (clears any saved Wi-Fi passwords).
