Issues loading content when on data (yet works on WiFi!)

My iPhone SE has stopped loading any image content when on data (works on wifi!)

Facebook pictures don’t load and YouTube doesn’t work at all but if on WiFi I have no issues.

Any ideas please? Thanks!

Not sure whether I can help, but I'll try!

 

Can you go into your online EE account and switch content lock to STRICT and back OFF again, please!

This should with any luck, fix your issue!!

This content lock issue does seem to be between EE & social media sites having a bit of a conflict with each other!! Especially in relation to the content lock.

 

But as long as it worked for you then I'm happy! 🌞

I guess Content Lock rates social sites as over 18 only.

Yes, they could be, but if it is, it's certainly causing quite a lot of problems with customers connecting to some of the more popular social media websites and apps.
